TRIBEKA TRAINING LAB S.L.U. is a Spanish training agency, located in Andalusia – Malaga, that promotes, organises and manages internships and educational programmes for young students, teaching staff, unemployed, young workers and organisations coming from all over Europe. Tribeka was established in 2015 to answer to the growing demand for vocational training and cultural development opportunities in Spain.

The aim of the company matches the general goals set by the Erasmus + programme: improving the quality and increasing the volume of mobility and cooperation between educational institutions and enterprises. TRIBEKA has in fact a strong collaboration with a wide network of local companies and is committed to compiling innovative experiences and good practices improving the quality and the impact of work-based learning experiences abroad.

Thanks to a solid network of international partners and an ongoing process of transnational experiences exchange, TRIBEKA is able to provide work placement experiences with a relevant impact on the learning process, by applying innovative methods (such as ECVET system implementation) and a common approach to plan and deliver successful training on the job preparation for work experiences.

With a qualified and experienced staff, we try to answer to the vocational training needs of several organisations offering them diverse mobility pathways in Spain. TRIBEKA is a member of "ETN Network" with companies in Spain (Malaga), in Bulgaria (Sofia), Italy (Rimini and Potenza), UK (Portsmouth and Bournemouth), Germany (Berlink) and Ireland (Cork).

Elidea, based in Rome, Italy, has a rich 14-year history; the founders are both Organisational Psychologists and have a strong background in Human Resources Management and Development. The corporate structure is typical of the “professional firms”, that facilitates sharing ideas, passions and ways to work between its team. Each Elidea’s consultant is specialised in psychological support to people and company in all the different fields of Organizational Psychology and HR Management.

During the last years, we meet very different types of firms both in Italy and in Europe, private and public organisations, national and international companies, from different market sectors. The Vocational Education and Training Center at BIA was established in 1998 and is a nationally acknowledged, license holder, a training organization for carrying out activities for a professional qualification in full professions or parts of professions.

The International Economic Relations department in BIA has extensive experience in supporting the internationalisation of SMEs: searching and finding potential new foreign partners and new markets; marketing studies foreign markets, product and sector studies, market access; foreign trade and customs consultancy, analysis and information; organizing international meetings, business missions, corporate presentations, seminars, training and business forums. The department is the host of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN). As part of EEN BIA experts provide specialized consulting services to SMEs and startups in the field of access to finance (identification of funding opportunities). ADi is a cultural not for profit organization recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education as a qualified Association in the training of Italian Teachers and School Managers. ADI has always been attentive to innovations emerging all over the world to develop new teaching methodologies. ADI's goals are 1) prepare teachers and schools to foster the creative and innovative potential of young people through formal and non-formal learning; 2) foster schools to develop innovative curricula based on ECVET principles; 3) promote better school and life inclusion for SEN students; 4) promote the Creation of transnational innovative teaching strategies; 5) build a culture of innovation in schools over the years; 6) achieve teacher higher professional development.

ADi organizes an annual international congress on education with a special interest in vocational and technical education. The congress is always attended by more than 400 people. This year the congress focused on innovative schools all over the world.

M. V. Lomonosov Secondary School of Electrical Engineering and Electronics in Gorna Oryahovitsa is a school with a 59–year tradition in vocational training. It provides professional education and training in professions from different professional fields and six different specialities. Traditionally, there is training in the fields of "Electrical engineering", "Electronics" and "Computer sciences", for which the project is being developed. The school has a complex of workshops and laboratories, computer halls and study rooms equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. In the field of Electrical Engineering and Power Engineering, the school trains specialists in Electrical Engineering, Electric Power Engineering and Renewable Energy Sources. In the field of Electronics students are trained in the following specialities: "Computer Technology and Technologies" and "Industrial Electronics". In the "Computer Science" field students are trained in "System Programming", and from the next academic year in "Applied Programmer" and "Electrical Equipment of Production" specialities.

We implemented our first international project over 20 years ago. The project was "Improving Vocational Education and Training" under PHARE. Thanks to this project, for more than 20 years, we have been admitting students in three different professions which are studied on a modular basis. The school is a member of the National Vocational Training and Qualification Association, has a license from the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare to carry out qualification and consultancy activities, is a member of National Associations in the fields in which we work. The school has been awarded the "Cyril and Methodius" Order for the Third Grade of Success in Education. The "M.V.Lomonosov" Vocational school(PGEE) has a career centre whose activities are directly aimed at informing the students about the opportunities for conducting internships and production practices in specific working conditions, organizing them and expanding the relations with employers from the district and the region, as well as with universities. We are working with the young people under the "Edinburgh Duke International Prize" program. We have developed and implemented a number of projects under the Leonardo da Vinci, Comenius, Erasmus+ and other national programs. At Lomonosov PGEE there are 46 teachers and employees, and 417 trainees.

R&Do, based in Cyprus, researches, designs, develops and manages integrated ICT solutions, web-based applications and enterprise software systems. The company specialises in educational online platforms, fostering, in particular, the development of skills of young and adult learners, contributing to vocational training for employability, promoting growth and innovation, supporting different sectors with a focus on entrepreneurship, soft skills and ICT sector.

R&DO is also a direct partner to various co-funded European projects, including the Lifelong Learning Projects Farm inc., Taxistars, Core-VET, High Heels, Pest Practice and the Erasmus+ projects Intraprise, Rooms to VET, Succession, SocialUp, the WineLab, etc., being mainly responsible for e-learning platforms and integrated websites. R&Do team is formed by Senior Developers and Web designers and is well known for their high-quality work and forward-thinking.
